RACE empowers young women and girls to reach their full potential and advocate for their rights. Resilient Action for community Empowerment's (RACE) Youth and Women Empowerment program champions the rights and well-being of young women and girls. We create a supportive environment to empower them to become confident advocates for themselves and their communities.
The program offers a comprehensive approach to empowerment. Participants gain knowledge about various social protection services available to them. We connect them with essential social services, promoting access and control over resources to improve their lives. Additionally, the program addresses critical issues like Gender-Based Violence (GBV) through prevention and response mechanisms.
